Christina and Andrew got married on August 29th, 2019 at the beautiful Hope Glen Farm.  This amazing bride was the sweetest to work with!  Read about how they met below!
Christina: I am from Ottawa, Ontario in Canada. I have 5 sisters, 1 brother and many nieces and nephews.

Andy is from Blue Earth, Minnesota and has 1 brother.

Top thing I can say about myself is the love I have for all animals, I’ve rescued many over the years and my biggest thing was to find someone who would love my animals (all animals) as much as I do. Luckily Andrew does!

Andy was a marine, stationed in Oceanside, California and back in 2014, I went on a trip there with one of my best friends who was dating a marine at that time and one night her boyfriend invited his friends over after the ball to hangout and that’s when I met Andy.

We hit it off, he was extremely polite and we ended up spending the rest of the trip together.

After I went home I remember thinking how well he treated me and I wanted to have a guy like that in my life

. Luckily we kept in contact and in Feb of 2016, I went back to Oceanside with my sister and my other best friend met us there (she was living in England at the time). It was during that trip we started dating.

I went back multiple times until he left the marines with an honorable discharge in 2017 and got his passport and started visiting Canada.

After asking my father's permission, he proposed in Jan of 2018, and he asked if I would move to America. I agreed, moved back to my parents, and once the visa was approved, I left my 2 jobs and moved to America in Jan of 2019.

Since I came to America on the K1 visa, we only had 90 days to get married, so we are already legally married. We had a small courthouse ceremony on Feb 1st.

We are so excited to finally have our dream wedding in August with our family and friends at the beautiful Hope Glen Farm!
