We met in high school in Farmington, MN in 2016 through some mutual friends and we had one class together. We started dating at the end of Josie's senior year of high school in 2018 while Luke was back in Farmington after his freshman year of college in Moorhead, MN. Eventually, we both ended up at the University of Wisconsin--Eau Claire where we got our Bachelor's degrees and then moved back to the Twin Cities to start our adult lives. We love the outdoors, we are always wanting to explore new parks and hiking trails, and in May 2022 Luke picked one of our favorite hiking spots to propose.
